My device is broken. What can I do?

First check whether the device really does not work. Often incorrectly inserted material or incorrectly inserted ink ribbons lead to malfunctions. If the malfunction cannot be eliminated, such as white stripes on thermal printers, contact our support on +41 44 308 66 88 and ask for a technician. In a joint dialog, we will determine the cause and look for a solution.
