Labels with back printing
Labels with reverse side printing are printed not only on the front side, but also on the adhesive side. The motif is printed in one or more colors directly on the adhesive on the reverse side of the roll label and can be seen on the transparent surface after the label is applied.

Labels printed on the reverse side
In addition to the front side, the back side can also be printed to mark the product with a transparent front side. The advantage of labels printed on the reverse side is the additional information and advertising space created by the printed adhesive side. Otherwise, the effect is most apparent with multilayer labels. Due to the single-layer production, labels printed on the reverse side are much cheaper to produce than sandwich labels, booklet labels, etc. However, the space before and after them is limited.
The labels printed on the reverse side are used, for example, to convey additional product information about a transparent bottle or container filled with transparent liquid. A classic example of this is a bottle of high-quality mineral water or spirits. Another area of application is the use of text, step-by-step instructions, warnings or other textual information in multiple languages without sacrificing effective ad design.
