The XEIKON LX3000 is our new five-color dry toner press for the fast and cost-effective mass production of high-quality digital labels.

We recognized the trend towards digital printing early on. in Durst Group AG, we have found a partner who pursues the same strategy as we do.

With the purchase of a toner-based digital label printing machine, we are expanding our range of high-quality printed labels.

Selfix is an ideal training center for commercial apprentices. We print and die-cut labels in analog and digital printing and offer system sales, i.e. label printers, label dispensers and label software, to complement our product range. This gives trainees a first-hand insight into the creation and production of labels and teaches them the label business from the ground up. For this reason and to promote young talent, we have decided to take on another apprentice.

Selfix is an official sales partner of EPSON ColorWorks color printers and TSC Power Partner Gold for thermal printers. By joining forces, we are able to supply labels (printed and unprinted) as well as label printer and dispensing systems from a single source. In combination with Loftware (ex. NiceLabel), we create complete, ergonomic and delegable on-demand label printing solutions, including integration into existing and complex IT infrastructures.

It is with great sadness and deep sorrow that we bid farewell to our CEO and father of today's Selfix, Kurt Fischer. He passed away at the age of 73 after a serious illness. With the passing of Kurt Fischer, we have lost the pioneer and founding father of Selfix as we know it today. Kurt Fischer built Selfix from a small adhesive tape trading company into an efficient and agile label printing company. His entrepreneurial foresight and commitment have left their mark on Selfix.

In the early and mid-1970s, Mrs. Christine and Mr. Kurt Fischer joined Selfix AG. They recognized that labels had a future and began to establish themselves in the label market at this time.

Founded as Selfix Hermann & Co. Originally, the company produced artificial leather file bindings for notary's offices and courts.
