What are the conditions for on-site support?

Please note that technical on-site interventions are subject to a charge (CHF 160.-/h, CHF 1.50/km). If the fault report shows that only an on-site service can eliminate the fault, the costs are chargeable. This also applies to warranty services that we provide as part of our bring-in warranty.
