Digital printing beer labels

Our two 7-color UV inkjet digital printers print short and medium runs in impressive print quality. UV inkjet printing is often also referred to as "digital screen printing" because of the high opacity of the inks. Since our UV inkjet printers also print white, orange and violet, metallized effects are also possible, or metallisé effects that are otherwise only possible with hot stamping. The use of transparent adhesive material in combination with white-backed printing opens up new horizons in terms of "label design", because partially transparent labels are also possible.

Whether you want to produce labels with direct thermal or thermal transfer printing, the TSC MB240 and MB340 printers support both printing methods. Quietly and quickly produce high-quality labels up to 120 mm wide. The all-metal construction and injection-molded aluminum print engine are durable enough to withstand the toughest production environments and is designed to provide years of trouble-free service. The MB340T boasts even higher print quality and 300 dpi resolution. The MB240 series includes TSPL-EZD firmware that is easy to install and use. TSPL-EZD provides full compatibility with standard industry emulations and works in many IT environments.The new MB240T offers an easy-to-use, 3.5" high contrast touch display with 6 control buttons. For maintenance and material changes, the user opens the hinged metal cover. Use the viewing window to keep the label roll in view at all times.
