Selfix focuses on simplicity. Call the main number at +41 44 308 66 88, describe the problem, and you will be connected to a competent technician.
Depending on the nature and extent of the fault, the technician may need to access your PC. To do this, download anydesk and follow the technician's instructions.
The better the description of the support case (paper dust, white lines in the print, color is not printed true to color, print image is outside the label, label is not dispensed cleanly in register), the faster the fault can be rectified.
Please note that depending on support agreements possible costs of CHF 160/h and CHF 1.50/km (as of March 2022) apply, prices subject to change.
